Construction Begins on Adaptive Re-use in Glendale by Weston Cookler

This week we begin the remodel, repair and upgrade to a 1910's era metal and wood shed and a former automotive shop. Once completed, the project will be transformed into a creative office mini-campus with about 6,500 sf of work space, two kitchens, new restrooms, a private enclosed outdoor space and dog run, and 13 parking spaces. The shed building, in particular, promises to be a very high design focal point for the project.

Open House: 28606 Hasley Canyon Road by Weston Cookler

Today exclusive listing broker Realty Advisory Group and developer Avalon Investment Company hosted an open house at the completed new industrial project at 28606 Hasley Canyon Road in the Valencia Commerce Center. Cafe Reconstruction Almost Complete by Weston Cookler

Construction on 1450 has picked up in pace as of late and most site work and exterior work is nearing completion. We hope to complete construction in the next 4-6 weeks, with a grand opening of the café soon after. Thanks to WORD (Warren Office for Research and Design) for the great architecture.
